§ 1 General

Packraft Sverige sells packrafts, accessories and outdoor products through packraft-sverige.se and .com in accordance with the Swedish Distance Selling Act (Act (2005: 59).

§ 2 Prices

Price currencies shown on the page is swedish kronor. By default the prices include 25% VAT. Orders with shipping addresses located outside of the EU will automatically be deducted swedish VAT at checkout.

We reserve the right for price increases, tax adjustments, exchange rate changes, printing errors, price errors, final sales, bearing failure, etc. A product already shipped from our warehouse is not affected by any increase or reduction in price that occur after the order is placed, for example in the form of sale , promotions, discount codes or changes in pricing. Orders that are made in favor for the customer, because of obvious technical errors will be refunded and cancelled. 

Packraft Sverige campaigns are time-limited. Coupon codes are usually only valid for one purchase and can not be combined with other offers. We ask you to check that the price has been correctly adjusted before you complete your purchase. Packraft Sverige reserves the right to cancel orders for the abuse or misuse of the coupons. § 3 Payment

Card payment (VISA/Mastercard) are handled by Stripe.

The personal information you provide to Packraft Sverige is handled with respect and in accordance with the GDPR. By submitting your information you consent to us using the information collected to fulfill our commitments to you and provide the service you expect.

§ 5 Shipping

Twice a week (mondays and fridays), we ship to the following countries:

Shipping fee varies based on weight, bulk, and shipping location. Heavy and bulky products pose a higher freight cost. At checkout, you can see how much shipping will cost for your order.

Delivery usually takes between 5 and 7 days within EU.

Delivery to Norway about 8-10 days.

Delivery within Sweden – usually 2-3 business days.

Returns – customer is responsible for the return postage and associated costs.

§ 6 Delivery

We use the following couriers:

§ 7 Right of withdrawal, exchange or returns

You have the right to withdraw from purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The merchandise must be in the same condition as when it was purchased.

Returns – customer is responsible for the return postage and associated costs.

§ 8 Complaints

The item you buy from us will be free from defects at delivery. If the product you recieve is defect, it should be reported to us within 14 days of your receipt of the delivery.

As a consumer, you are legally entitled to a claim for up to three years of purchase, but within a reasonable time (two months) from the detected errors.

Contact us at [email protected] and state your full name, your order / receipt number, a brief description of the reason for the complaint, a picture of the damage, if possible, as well as your contact information (phone number and email address).

§ 9 Force Majeure

We consider ourselves exempt from fulfilling our obligations in these terms in the event of changes in legislation, government action, labor disputes, fire, flood, war, terrorism, sabotage, accidents, or similar major events.

§ 10 Conditions for discount coupons

The conditions of the discount coupons, unless otherwise specified.

(1) Discount vouchers can only be used in our online store. Coupon codes can only be redeemed via the same email address that received the discount coupon. Coupons can not be transferred to third parties. It is not possible to receive a cash payment of a voucher. Interest is not applied to discount coupons.

(2) Validity period and minimum order value (incl. VAT, excl. Delivery and other charges) announced in connection with the campaign.

(3) Coupons can normally not be used together with other coupons.
