The Anfibio Delta MX is best suited for users who want to travel very light and for those looking to use their packraft as a tool to navigate through the wilderness. Perhaps you need to paddle down a river to continue your hike or cross a lake to reach the mountain you plan to climb.

The Delta MX performs best on completely calm waters. It is compact and lightweight enough to always carry in your bag, whether on a bus, in a car, in a backpack, or attached to a bicycle. We believe this packraft is ideal for trekking, geocaching, canyoneering, and cave exploration. The Delta MX is particularly suitable if you need to carry extra gear, as it is quite spacious.

The Delta MX is not designed for whitewater paddling but can handle lightly flowing water without any issues.

The Anfibio Delta MX features a symmetrical design, meaning the bow and stern are shaped the same way. The tubes have a diameter of 26 cm, which is sufficient to support up to 150 kg. The packraft is equipped with the simple and reliable Boston valve, also used by MRS.

Seats

When purchasing, you can choose between a block seat with backband and/or a wide seat.

The block seat can be easily and flexibly moved forward and backward, allowing for customization based on the paddler’s size. Paddlers with extra gear can take advantage of the bonus storage behind the backrest. The backrest can be securely fastened forward, providing optimal lumbar support and ensuring high comfort even over long distances.

The wide seat is placed at the very rear of the packraft. This rear seating position is particularly suitable when traveling with small children, dogs, or a lot of gear. One of the images shows the wide seat positioned at the back of the stern.

Both seat options can also be purchased separately, allowing you to have one of each and easily adapt your seating position depending on your trip.

The adjustable seat system enables flexible seat placement to optimize balance and handling, offering a paddling experience similar to a traditional kayak. This makes it easy to adjust the boat for paddlers of different sizes and creates extra storage space behind the seat.

Design

The packraft is made from a special 210/420 Denier Urethane-Nylon material that combines low weight with high tear and abrasion resistance. The smooth, glossy surface of the coating is particularly scratch-resistant. All seams are welded, and tube seams are also stitched, eliminating the need for glued seams, which saves both weight and cost.

With six attachment points, two at the stern and four at the bow, it’s easy to secure luggage, tow lines, or a DeckPack. Additional attachment points are available to secure and adjust the backrest.

The packraft has the option to use a fin, which improves tracking and course stability. If you’re paddling longer distances where grounding is not a major risk, we highly recommend using the fin. If you anticipate paddling in shallow areas, we suggest removing the fin to avoid damage. The fin is not included but is available as an optional accessory.
