Anfibio Multimat

Anfibio Multimat is an inflatable floor for your packraft that provides extra stability and buoyancy. Longer packrafts benefit more, especially when they are packed heavily, or paddled by several people. Anfibio Multimat is developed for use with Anfibio Sigma TX, but also works well with MRS Adventure X2.

Design and use

The floor has a total of 9 separate air chambers. This means that the floor will still be fully functional even if one of the chambers should leak.

The inflatable floor is clamped between the tubes in the packraft and does not normally need to be fastened with straps to be securely attached. If you still want to anchor the floor more permanently in your packraft, you can do so with the help of 50 cm long straps that are included. These fit perfectly in the attachment points that are attached to the floor of the Anfibio Sigma TX. If the floor is used for, for example, MRS Adventure X2, we believe that it is sufficient to just clamp the floor between the tubes.

The floor fits best with small, low seats such as Anfibio PackSeat. To save weight, you can also sit directly on the floor or use, for example, a bag.

The floor can be inflated with the help of the lungs, but is also compatible with the flexible hand pump from Anfibio (which can also be used to inflate the packraft itself).

In addition to increasing the comfort and safety of the packraft, the floor can also be used as a very comfortable sleeping pad on your trips, which means that you do not have to lug around on your regular sleeping pad. Anfibio Multimat is only suitable as a sleeping pad during the warmer part of the year, as it has a low R-value.

When paddling, the floor helps to keep the paddler warm, because of increased insulation.

Security

An inflatable floor in your packraft means increased safety by having another air-filled chamber in your packraft. Should the packraft leak, you will with the help of the floor still stay afloat.
